Position Description

The Client Service Associate (CSA) supports and provides excellent service to our Constellation Advisory teams with a variety of account-related implementation and activities/duties. The CSA position entails a wide variety of responsibilities and skills, including administrative, client service, and advisor support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service, a positive attitude and a strong willingness to take ownership of important firm responsibilities.

Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport and assist with the client onboarding process, including account opening, asset transfers, and reconciliation
Provide ongoing internal and external client support for account maintenance and money movement requests
Management of client records, including paper and electronic file maintenance as well as customer relationship management (CRM) system and performance reporting system data input and ongoing management
Prepare all documentation required for private investment offerings and follow up to ensure accurate execution
Obtain and advise the Advisor and Client Relationship Associate teams on expert knowledge of financial custodian processes such as Schwab Institutional and Fidelity
Maintain process and procedures and actively look for opportunities and implement improvements and efficiencies
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExperience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Document Management Systems (DMS) is a plus
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
A high degree of honesty, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information
Positive, “can-do” attitude and functional within a small team environment
Intellectual curiosity and rigorous attention to detail
Willingness and ability to be proactive, work independently and be self-driven
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and work ethic

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field preferred or commensurate career experience
At least 2 years of previous experience in a client service industry preferred
