Second Chair Associate Private Wealth Advisor
Our client has an immediate opening for a key role on their team that will ensure clients' interest come first, and their most complex planning needs are identified and met through a comprehensive approach to their total wealth, life goals, and objectives.
Primary Function:
- Partner with one of the Private Wealth Advisors and attend all client meetings to provide support
- Complete diligent notes during client meetings and on the fly research
- Schedule all existing client meetings
- Coordinate and execute all client service and follow-up and delegate tasks to service & planning departments
- Collect all relevant information from clients in advance of review meetings and ensure all presentations are prepared by the service & planning teams
- Be proficient in using our CRM (Client Relationship Management) system
- Confirm client investment trades via verbal confirmation
- Maintain client confidence and trust through zero defect work and professional, timely communications
- Support Private Wealth Advisor in pursuing new sales and referral opportunities
Qualifications:
- MA Health & Life license
- SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses
- Five years in securities industry
- Pursuit of the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation is highly encouraged.
- Strong mathematical and analytical orientation
- Meticulous detail orientation (requires proofing of language and numerical work to produce client-ready materials)
- Procedural work habits / exceptional organization (ability to keep track of many moving pieces and details across dozens of clients)
- Strong work ethic/desire to get the job done right
- Initiative and an ownership mentality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with personal financial planning topics and concepts, investments, and insurance
- Is exacting and expects/ strives for perfection
- Seeks a role requiring ownership and a high degree of responsibility

- Is a self-starter who goes above and beyond and is not comfortable leaving tasks incomplete or partially finished
