Associate Wealth Management Associate Relationship Manager
Overview: Our client's 33-year team of 40+ professionals is looking to add a caring, hardworking, astute and competent Advisor to manage and optimize our existing client accounts. Their focus is on servicing the existing book while also bringing in held away accounts and developing cross-selling opportunities. This role involves significant client interaction and requires a proactive approach to uncovering and capitalizing on opportunities within our current book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Client Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, managing their investment and insurance accounts and delivering exceptional service.
- Conduct systematic reviews of client accounts guided by their financial plans and according to client segmentation standards
- Actively pursue and propose additional financial products and services to existing clients.
- Grow the existing book by bringing on new clients created by networking for referred leads and second generation contacts
2) Financial Advisory and Planning:
- Provide expert financial advice and create customized financial plans to help clients achieve their objectives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and investment opportunities to offer relevant and up-to-date advice.
3) Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on the growth of AUM, Premium, and New clients within the book
- Track and report on lead generation activity and results
- Report on key metrics and progress towards revenue and client engagement goals.
4) Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Maintain up to date client contact information, demographic and beneficiary data and client segmentation status.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of all client interactions in CRM
Qualifications:
- Must care deeply about our clients.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Series 7 Licensed.
- Proven experience in financial services with strong knowledge of insurance products and investment strategies.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems.
- Financial certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) preferred.
Location: Remote
Salary: 100-125k base
