Job Description
The Workflow Coordinator supports our Planning Department and provides administrative planning and investment sales support for Financial Representatives. The Workflow Coordinator assists with Investment account opening, funding, and order entry. In addition, the Workflow Coordinator partners with the Financial Planning Associates and Consultants to input, track, and coordinate the completion of financial plans and illustrations for Financial Representatives.
Responsibilities
- Track financial plans from creation to delivery.
- Manage workflow to and from Home Office FPS.
- Collaborate with Home Office Financial Planning Services (FPS) to deliver client reviews which include an Agenda, CCV, and IFLs (investment related materials as well if applicable).
- Process, or collaborate with others to open/fund investment accounts and investment service requests such as funds disbursements, account transfers and trade correction requests.
- Processes account maintenance requests.
- Process service requests including funds disbursements, account transfers.
- Respond to registered representative administrative requests.
- Act as Liaison for FR needs, client service access, mutual fund access, and troubleshoot paperwork that is lost or processed incorrectly.
- Compile meeting kits which include all materials needed for the approach, close, and delivery.
- Conduct weekly status reports/summary of Financial Representatives supported.
- Train Financial Representatives on the use of NetX360.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Series 6 and Series 63 or Series 7 and Series 63.
- One to three years of securities industry experience preferred.
- Degree in finance or business preferred.
- Demonstrated computer experience required. Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e. excel, word, outlook, OneNote).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in handling detailed work.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Above average math and data entry skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to adapt to change and identify process improvements.
- Strong customer relationship and service skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well with others.
