Role Description:

Responsibilities include completing Schwab forms, ensuring that Schwab processes forms and instructions correctly, managing Schwab alerts, administering client data gathering and maintenance and responding to administrative client queries.

Responsibilities:

· Perform all Schwab administrative tasks, including opening accounts, transferring accounts, depositing checks, processing withdrawals, transfers and other transactions

· Assist in client onboarding

· Ensure timely responses to all client correspondence and inquiries

· Identify opportunities to improve our client service processes

· Develop expertise in our firm’s relevant technology and software tools and platforms within your first year of employment

Requirements:

· Series 65 licensed (if not licensed, obtain license within 90 days of employment)

· Well organized, with extraordinary attention to detail and the ability to support multiple advisors

· Responsive and prompt

· Effective verbal and written communications skills

· Ethically strong, with the ability and dedication to maintain high confidentiality of personally identifiable client and firm information

· Enjoy collaborating and being a part of a team that puts clients first

· Have the emotional intelligence and self-awareness to develop an effective working relationship with a diverse team of colleagues and to successfully serve a diverse client base

· Are tech savvy, with the proficiency to quickly learn new technology tools, platforms, and software

· Are open to feedback and coaching

· Have a positive, can-do attitude

· Want to successfully develop into a client account management role with long-term growth potential within our firm

Preferences:

· Associate degree or higher

· Basic MS Excel and Word proficiency

· Prior custodian/broker experience

· Prior fee-only RIA experience
