How does the account management function on your premium account work?
- If an employer wishes, we will share feedback on their role descriptions via email.
- If an employer wishes, we will review applicants resume to decide if it should be forwarded.
These instructions will be given upon approval of your premium account.
How do I get my job opening in “The Dash”?
If you opted for enhanced visibility, we will put a link to your job post in our monthly newsletter. The Dash goes out on the last Friday of each month.
If you have a premium account with 3 job slots, you may elect 1 of your active roles to be featured in The Dash. The election should be made by the 5pm Eastern Time on the last Wednesday of the Month by sending the post link to the-dash@lead-advisor.com
Can I post more than one role?
Yes, role slots are interchangeable throughout your membership.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your monthly subscription plan at any time from your account settings page.
What happens when a role is pinned?
When pinned, a role remains at the top of the search on our job board under the jobs section of the homepage.
