Manhattan West Enterprise Company (“Manhattan West”) is seeking a Director of Marketing to join our Executive team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern and fast-growing investment firm that provides proprietary alternative investments across multiple asset classes including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Private Debt, and traditional equity and fixed income portfolios, as well as financial services including wealth management, business management, tax, and insurance services.
The Director of Marketing will be a key member of our team and will be primarily responsible for developing and executing the firm’s overall marketing strategy with a goal of generating additional assets under management for the firm. The Director of Marketing will also work closely with the firm’s financial advisors to develop their own individual marketing plans.
About this Position:
• Located at Manhattan West’s office in Century City, Los Angeles, CA
• Full-time exempt with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote after introductory period
• Reports to the Chief Operating Officer
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
• Success in this role includes having the ability to define key deliverables, set measurable goals, and ensure that goals are met in a timely manner.
• Develop marketing plan in a heavily regulated industry, making sure all materials and activities used are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the marketing point person for all financial advisors.
• Execute a digital marketing strategy for the firm’s advisors using email, social media, SEO, lead generation, websites and more.
• Set clear marketing objectives and KPIs aligned with business goals.
• Focus all marketing efforts on our Target Market and Uniques.
• Allocate resources efficiently to achieve the best return on investment.
• Manage online marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns’ performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage external communications – including press releases, blogs, articles, web content writing, website and social media messaging, and other communications.
• Communicate clearly and regularly with team members on company goals and priorities.
• Maintain knowledge on emerging products and services.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills:
• Expert in PowerPoint and Adobe proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Solid understanding of SEO & SEM
• Solid knowledge of inbound marketing tools, and web management
• Solid understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, & Hubspot
• General knowledge of SEC marketing rules (or willing to learn)
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple projects, while communicating with executive team
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and trends
• Excellent project management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
• At least 7 years of experience in marketing and digital marketing
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Successful completion of background check and pre-employment assessments

Compensation:
• Salary range 125k - $150k based on qualifications and experience
• Discretionary bonus
