The Paraplanner will primarily assist their lead advisor in executing transactions and investment changes recommended to clients. The Paraplanner will also support advisors in meeting deadlines related to financial plan deliverables and managed accounts reporting. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and performing work activities. Responsibilities and time allocation will change over time to meet the needs of the practice. The paraplanner candidate is required to have a Series 7, Series 66 and Ohio insurance license.
Position Functions:· Execute client account and investment changes, trades, and withdrawal requests in a timely manner and with obsessive attention to detail
· Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts
· Manage and resolve client service questions and issues
· Manage all follow up tasks and correspondence with clients as needed after client meetings. This often includes:
- Monitoring and completing assigned tasks such as transactions and account changes
- Following up with clients to ensure accurate execution of trades, transactions, or investment changes recommended by Financial Advisor
- Completing the Managed Accounts Annual Review
· Schedule client strategy meetings
· Participate in weekly diamond team meetings to prepare for client meetings ahead, and to review the recent week in a collaborative manner
· Prepare power points, illustrations, spreadsheets and other visual aids to be used in meetings with clients
· Review and update client information as needed for client review meetings

Education, Experience and Other Designations:
· College degree or higher
· FINRA Series 7, Series 66, and Ohio State life, accident and health insurance licenses
· Minimum of two years’ experience in financial services
