AFE Private Wealth isn’t a traditional firm. We design and execute complex, advanced financial strategies for entrepreneurs, executives, and families who expect precision.

We’re looking for a Client Service Associate who thrives in a fast-moving environment, solves problems quickly, and takes ownership from start to finish.

Salary range is flexible. For inexperienced applicants, we're looking at 50-60k annual salary based on qualifications. For highly qualified candidates, 60-70k a year starting.

What You’ll Do

Execute client service requests with precision, speed, and ownership
Manage complex workflows: account openings, transfers, private investments, and lending
Prepare and coordinate meetings so clients and advisors are always ready
Keep CRM notes, documentation, and communication clean and current
Collaborate across teams to improve systems and reduce friction

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree required (proof of ability to learn and grow)
Experience in financial operations, client service, or a similar role
Experience with custodial platforms required. Schwab preferred.
Sharp attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication
Action-oriented, process-minded, and calm under pressure
