Arch Global Advisors is seeking a Junior Associate to join our team in the financial services industry. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, a passion for finance, and a long-term vision of growing into a Financial Advisor.

Responsibilities:

Support senior advisors in client relationship management and portfolio analysis
Prepare reports, presentations, and financial plans for client meetings
Assist with operational tasks, account maintenance, and compliance requirements
Engage in business development initiatives and client outreach
Work toward obtaining the necessary licenses and certifications if not already held

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Experience in wealth management preferred
Series 7, SIE, and 66 licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A self-starter with a commitment to professional growth in the industry
