About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Associate to join our team. This is a multi-faceted role working directly with the managing partners to deliver wealth management services to a select clientele. The daily workload will fluctuate, requiring the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with high-net-worth clients
Research and resolve client inquiries, including the most complex, in a timely manner
Develop expertise with software platforms including custodians, CRM, reporting and planning software
Generate and analyze reports and other materials for client meetings
Account documentation (new accounts, transfer assets, client agreements)
Develop and maintain operating procedures
Maintain knowledge of procedural and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a Client Associate
Must understand day-to-day activities of this role
Fidelity Wealthscape, Orion, Wealthbox, eMoney (or similar software)
Bachelor's Degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Industry designations are a plus, but not required: CFP, CFA, FPQP
