We are seeking a motivated Financial Advisor to join our team—whether you are an experienced professional or someone looking to transition into a rewarding career in financial planning.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive financial planning services, including retirement planning, investment strategies, and wealth management. Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored financial solutions based on individual needs. Educate clients on financial products, market trends, and investment opportunities. Develop and implement strategic financial plans to help clients achieve their short- and long-term financial goals. Stay up to date with industry regulations, market conditions, and financial planning best practices. Collaborate with team members to enhance client experience and contribute to the firm's growth. Qualifications

Experience in financial advising, wealth management, or related fields is great but not required. Some of our most successful advisors came from different fields entirely. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for helping clients succeed financially. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term relationships. Ability to work independently while being a team player in a collaborative environment. Licensing and certifications (such as Series 7, Series 65, or CFP®) are a plus but not mandatory for career changers—training and support will be provided.
