Experience and Background Required:

5 – 10 years in the investment management, trust company, or financial planning industry.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in financial planning, investments, estate and tax planning.
Demonstrated ability to manage relationships and deliver investment management and financial planning services to high-net-worth clients.
CFP preferred.
Strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and time management skills.
Ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with clients and demonstrate value.
Strong technology skills and ability to learn new software and utilize regularly, including CRM, financial planning software, and others.
Integrity, dependability, and resourcefulness are all required.

Primary Duties:

Assist senior Client Advisors with their clients, and effectively transition them over time to yourself for ongoing relationship management.
Develop strong relationships with existing clients and obtain referrals and greater share of wallet over time.
Participate in community networking with centers of influence.
Utilize CRM Advyzon, eMoney and other software to consistently document all client contact and activities and provide financial planning guidance.
Become proficient in understanding the firm’s investment management offerings and demonstrate ability to explain to clients.
