What You’ll Be Doing

Act as the primary point of contact for established clients, ensuring top-tier client satisfaction and retention.
Internalize client goals, risk tolerance, and liquidity needs to support the creation of Investment Policy Statements and asset allocation decisions.
Schedule, prep for, and follow up on client meetings with detailed agendas and notes.
Resolve service requests promptly, maintain organized client records, and propose thoughtful client engagement ideas (e.g., gifts).
Support sales initiatives by preparing proposals, updating CRM/sales trackers, and coordinating with marketing.
Work with external partners (e.g., accountants, trust & estate teams) to collect and analyze financial data.
Assist with account openings and ensure compliance workflows are followed.
Collaborate with internal Compliance and Finance teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
Regularly maintain and improve SOPs across client service and sales processes.

✅ Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a Client Associate, Client Service, or Relationship Management role.
Experience with CRM systems and project management tools (Asana is a plus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree required with strong academic performance.
Series 65 is a plus; willingness to obtain Series 65 is required.
Prior experience in startups or greenfield environments is valued.
Proficiency with document preparation, meeting coordination, and operational workflows.
