Davis Financial Management is an affiliate of PFG and a boutique wealth management firm that has a well-established clientele, and are seeking an energetic person to fill our Client Services Associate position. This position is designed to enhance our marketing and communication to our existing clients, help to service our clients’ day-to-day needs, and build relationships with new clients. We are looking for a candidate who is has excellent written and oral communication, passionate about client service, has sound administrative experience, and is comfortable implementing, executing, and reporting on program results. This position will be based in Campbell, CA. Experience is desired and we will provide training.

• Bachelor's degree is required, an emphasis in Marketing, Communications, and Financial Services is preferred.

Job Requirements:

• Help with operational and administrative functions.

• Work with our preferred custodians and investment firms to solve client issues.

• Responsible for new client onboarding procedure.

• Coordinate, and manage the development of marketing/communication campaigns and client service models.

• Provide ongoing service level evaluation through direct client contact and follow-up.

• Assist in maintaining our social media campaigns and website.

• Produce deliverables for seminars, financial plans, and insurance analysis.
