Office Assistant

Minimum Requirements:

HS Diploma
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment
CRM experience

This position requires that you possess the following skills:

A desire for continuous learning
Ability to adhere to complex regulatory and compliance requirements

Responsibilities:

Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. In providing excellent client service, you will:

Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, warm manner
Record notes from client conversations in an accurate manner into CRM
Complete and process new client applications; accuracy being pertinent
Input prospects and keep database/CRM program up to date
Process transactions
Handle beneficiary changes/withdrawals
Various industry specific tasks
Maintain office supplies and outgoing correspondence
Provide marketing support as needed including newsletters, blog, social, website, communications, events, etc.
Maintain office filing system, both paper and electronic
Responsible for working directly with carriers and the AE back office

Hours

M-F 9am-3pm
Some evenings required for client events

Salary

$45,000-$50,000
