Position Description

The Lead Wealth Advisor is our most experienced advisor at Vineyard Financial. This leadership role promotes our firm, mentors’ other advisors, forges client relationships, facilitates plan design, and coordinates plan implementation. A successful Lead Wealth Advisor always puts the well-being of our clients first and creates a warm, welcoming experience. Necessary skills include being analytical, ethical, strong communication, and presentation skills.

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree required

· 5+ years’ experience working/managing a financial services office

· Understand all aspects of financial service operations

· Working knowledge of MS Office and other CRM Software preferred (Salesforce)

· Series 7, 66, Life and Health Insurance required

· Experience working in a fast-paced environment

· Public Speaking may be required

· Excellent Communication Skills; Both Verbal and Written

***The commissions will be on managed AUM and annuity and life insurance written. The bonuses are profit sharing and potential discretionary department-specific bonuses.***

Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

· Conduct Product & Market Research

· Conduct due diligence for product suitability

· Build a suitable plan to meet the client’s specific needs

· Facilitate all client meetings until the plan is fully implemented

· Coordinate with the assigned Servicing Advisor the efforts to prepare necessary paperwork, authorizations, submission, processing, account funding, and/or policy delivery.

· Review and finalize any changes may be needed on agenda for each meeting

· Coordinate plan design and execution with members of the team

· Gain a deep understanding of the clients needs and work to meet reasonable expectations

· Review Product illustration, reports, and analysis to prepare for client meetings

· Provide detailed transcription notes for each client meeting

· When applicable, host or make guest appearances on radio and/or television broadcasts as needed

· Host appreciation dinners and dinner presentations as needed

· When applicable, present financial concepts over podcasts as needed

· Present online financial educational events as needed

· Present financial concepts at educational workshops as needed

· Maintain all applicable licensing

· Stay current on all continuing education requirements

· Attend industry conferences as needed
