- No transferrable AUM required.
- Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in comprehensive financial planning.
- Series 7 or able to obtain in the first 60 days of employment.
- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts.
- Proven demonstration of client-facing skills and experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable with industry technology and software applications, experience with Navi Plan a plus.
- A positive attitude and a desire to achieve.
- Dedication to serving clients.
- Clean regulatory history.
Compensation:
- Base Salary $65,000- $80,000 DOE
- Variable/Performance Compensation:On-target earnings up to $90,000 per year.
