About the Position
As an Associate Advisor, you will come alongside an Advisor, Lead Advisor, and Senior Advisor as part of a team assisting a book of highly successful entrepreneur/business owner clients in the management of their Virtual Family Office. The nature of our fiduciary relationship and innovative model means that you will be engaged in meaningful planning involving a diverse set of responsibilities and will have the opportunity to make a real impact on entrepreneurs’ personal and business financial outcomes. Working within a Distributed Workforce
This role can be performed from the employee's home office for the majority of the time, but may require some infrequent visits to the office as needed for client meetings or collaboration.
Additionally, we hold an in-person meeting about four times per year in Scottsdale to get an opportunity to connect with your colleagues in person and align on quarterly objectives. Beyond that, however, your primary interaction with most of your colleagues will be through the cloud-based tech stack we leverage to align our distributed workforce, which includes employees across the United States.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, economics, or accounting
- 1-2 years of experience with RIA in advisory support or advisory role preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of financial services experience
- Current enrollment in CFP® program is preferred but not required
- Corporate finance experience a plus
- Must reside in the greater Phoenix area, or be willing to relocate

Compensation
Compensation for this role is $80,000 per year, structured as a $65,000 base salary plus a performance bonus, paid semi-annually. A clear career path exists to earn six figures in about 18 months. Additionally, the firm offers a generous benefits package that includes, among other benefits, fully subsidized healthcare for employees, a 401(k)-matching program, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
