Job Summary:
Element Pointe, a multifamily office and wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Associate, Wealth Planning Specialist to join our boutique family office wealth management team. This is not a business development role. It is a role for a skilled and knowledgeable Wealth Planning Specialist who has extensive experience in building complex financial plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, experience working with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, and a demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding client service. The Wealth Planning Specialist will work as part of a dynamic and collaborative team to provide comprehensive financial planning advice to clients. The role will require knowledge of eMoney software, and a working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software is preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth financial planning assessments and analyses for clients, taking into account their current financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance.
• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that include investment strategies, retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, and risk management.
• Monitor and track client progress toward their financial goals and objectives and provide ongoing advice and guidance.
• Maintain a deep understanding of financial markets and investment trends, as well as trends in financial planning, estate planning, and tax.
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering outstanding client service and building long-term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the team, including wealth advisors, investment professional, and client service professionals, to provide comprehensive and integrated advice to clients.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, economics, or accounting.
• CFP certification is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial planning, preferably in a fee-only, SEC registered investment advisor environment.
• Strong knowledge of eMoney software is essential.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software is preferred.
• Experience working with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients is a must.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
