We are actively hiring for a Client Services Specialist with financial or insurance industry experience. We are seeking an individual that regards the client’s experience as highly as we do, has a great work ethic, is timely, and deadline oriented. The duties of this role include all client service-related duties, from withdrawals, annual reviews, and changes to policies.
- Position ResponsibilitiesAssist with new client applications.
- Ensure that all company documents are organized.
- Interface with carriers/custodians to service new and existing clients.
- Communicate directly with carriers via calls and emails to assure paperwork and funds are transferring within the required timeline.
- Communicate status updates to clients.
- Ensure that the transaction timeline is executed in accordance with the client’s expectations.
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree is preferred, not required.
- Health and Life License, any Securities License or the ability to obtain one within a short time frame, is a plus
- General understanding of financial industry related terms and rules (i.e., Annuities, IRA/RMD, Rollovers, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possesses a passion to help a team and clients.
