Client Onboarding Specialist

Role Profile Summary

The Client Onboarding Specialist is responsible for assisting Lead and Associate Advisors in an effort provide exceptional service to the company's clients. This role requires outstanding organizational and communication skills.

Core Responsibilities

 Execute operational tasks including account opening, money movement transactions, policy implementation, underwriting and policy maintenance.

 Adhere to industry and company compliance standards.

 Maintain exceptional CRM records in accordance with company's CRM guidelines and procedures.

 Provide exceptional client service by assisting with investment account and insurance policy service requests.

Qualifications

Required

o Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance or equivalent work experience.

o Must be Series 7, 63 and Life/Accident/Health licensed or achieve within -months of start date

o 3-5 years in an operational role in the wealth management industry.

Salary: 60-80k

Location: 3x a week in local office
