Client Service Associate
Job Responsibilities:
As our Client Service Associate, you will be working with our investment advisory team in providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining client relationships, processing client requests & resolving client inquires
- Prepare and submit required forms to our custodian, including obtaining client signatures
- Prepare Advisors for client meetings including preparing client investment summary, scheduling and confirming client meetings
- Perform general administrative functions including answering client calls, preparing client correspondence and filing
- Potential to execute trading investments including rebalancing
- Potential to review and resolve drift and non-sufficient funds reports
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years comparable financial services industry experience
- Series 7 and 66 not required but preferred
- Consistently produce accurate and high-quality deliverables
- Organized, resourceful and detail oriented
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Able to communicate effectively with clients and all levels of the organization
- Strong computer & software skills: proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat

Location: Westerly, RI
Salary: Depends on experience: $60,000- $75,000.
