- The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial planning with an emphasis in investment analysis/management.
- This individual is self-motivated, possesses exceptional problem solving and analytical skills. This individual will work within the existing infrastructure in investment analysis and planning.
- As an Associate Lead Advisor, you will provide support to Private Wealth Advisors in managing client relationships while developing skills in new business development. - Maintain Existing Client Base:
- · Be an integral part of the relationship team for the firm.
- · Lead an unparalleled client service experience.
- · Focus on ongoing client relationship management including client care and delivering on promises made to client.
- · Directly responsible for client satisfaction with firm and retention of client accounts.
- · Responsible for development of technical, relational, and client skills of team members.
- · Maintains familiarity with industry and economic trends and applies knowledge to client service and relationships.
- · Maintains knowledge of and shows ability to apply compliance standards.
- · Desire to develop skills needed to increase assets under management from assigned client base.
- · Publicly represents the firm’s strategic brand.
- · Engage with team/staff in actions that are consistent with firm branding, service standards and initiatives
- Responsibilities and Duties
- · Run financial planning and investment analysis programs.
- · Coordinate, communicate and construct client portfolio.
- · Research and solve client servicing problems.
- · Participate in and provide service support for comprehensive financial planning meetings:
- o Collect, organize, and synthesize personal and financial client information.
- o Analyze, research, propose and implement financial solutions.
- o Assess the client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs to devise a customized plan.
- o Package and prepare meeting materials with the ability to anticipate client’s needs.
- o Help develop tools and templates to assist with the efficient delivery of our planning offerings.
- o Preparing financial plan updates
- · Continuously monitor client’s financial situations from both detailed and big picture perspectives.
- · Identify gaps or key areas of improvement, any potential risks, mitigations, and value-add suggestions.
- · Provide in-depth analysis on an annual basis on individual fund analytics and overall portfolio performance.
- · Building accurate plans for clients, ways to delivering, new planning concepts and analysis.
- · Handle case notes, processing correspondence, maintaining client case files, and filing new statements, account forms and other insurance and investment related materials.
- · Maintaining Advisor’s calendars, scheduling client reviews and follow-up appointments
- · Responding to home office inquiries
- · Ensuring firms and insurance compliance requirements are implemented and followed.
- · Work collegially and productively with peers and other team members
- · Commit to ongoing growth of skill set and competencies needed to serve client, firm, and individual success
- Competencies
- · A background that demonstrates high performance standards and success in business development.
- · Understanding of financial planning that isn’t always product based.
- · Have a working understanding of tax thresholds, types of taxation for different instruments and accounts, and the levers for increasing or reducing taxes.
- · Have a basic understanding of financial markets and a relentless drive to learn more.

- · Bachelor’s degree
- · Series 7 License
- · Series 6 or 66

- · Certified Financial Planner (CFP) – Certified or in process of certification
