Position OverviewThe Client Service Associate is a key member of our client services team, responsible for delivering exceptional support and service to our clients. This role involves managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate information. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client InteractionServe as the first impression of our firm with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide guidance on general account-related questions, and transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain a welcoming and “Ritz-Carlton” like environment prior to client meetings.
- Represent Cornerstone Wealth Advisors professionally and in good light when interacting with the public both inside and outside of working hours.
- Assist in the creation and preparation of client events
- Meeting PreparationCompile and produce client meeting materials ahead of meetings for advisor review.
- Run and export performance reports and any other client-related materials at the request of the Advisor staff.
- Schedule new and existing client meetings
- Team CollaborationWork closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Serve as a flex employee; cross-trained on various tasks and responsibilities to ensure business continuity. Willing to pick up additional work outside of normal scope of work to ensure smooth operation of our business.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current with industry trends and company policies.
- Documentation and ReportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and communications.
- Problem ResolutionAddress and resolve client complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or higher management when necessary.
Qualifications:
- EducationHigh school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- ExperienceMinimum of 1 year of experience in client service, financial services, or a related role.
- Experience with financial products and services is highly desirable.
- SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- CertificationsSecurities Industry Essentials (SIE), FINRA Series 99 preferred or ability to obtain within 365 days.
