Nabell Winslow Investments & Wealth Management is a local, boutique investment advisory firm founded in 2013 looking to hire a licensed or unlicensed administrative assistant to assist in client service and business operations.
Administrative Assistant Job Description
The role of the administrative assistant is to create a positive and welcoming first impression for those who are visiting or contacting Nabell Winslow Investments & Wealth Management, as well as to provide world class service to our clients. The role of the administrative assistant is one of support to our advisors and helping the operations of the firm run smoothly.
Job duties include:
- Opening and closing the office each morning and evening
- Reception
- Welcome visitors by maintaining a clean, professional reception area and meeting rooms
- Greeting visitors, offering refreshments, and accompanying visitors to the appropriate meeting room
- Answer phones and route calls as needed
- Schedule Client Meetings
- Upon request from clients or advisors
- Schedule review meetings in accordance with client service models
- Maintain client review schedules in CRM
- Monitor the calendar for advisors and meeting rooms to avoid scheduling conflicts
- General Office Maintenance
- Maintain common areas and office supplies
- Ensure clean and tidy meeting rooms for appointments
- Operations and Business Processing
- Prepare necessary document packages for new account openings or account service requests
- Review completed packages for accuracy and completeness
- Submit and monitor account opening processes through account funding
- Assist clients with service requests, money movement, and check deposits
- Submit and monitor account service requests to ensure completion
- Maintain client files including CRM and email database
- Special Projects upon Request
Experience preferred. Securities licenses are preferred but not required (series 7 and series 63&65 or 66)
Securities and Advisory Services offered through Cetera Advisors LLC, member FINRA, SIPC, a broker/dealer and a Registered Investment Adviser. Cetera is under separate ownership from any other named entity.
