Job Summary
Western Mountain Financial Services, an established local financial advisory office, is seeking a Client Service Specialist. This full-time, in-office position will assist our Financial Advisors with various aspects of client account servicing while providing confidential, superior customer service to our clients. Primary responsibilities will include meeting preparation, client meeting follow-up and assisting advisors in all aspects of financial planning and client experience.
Additional Responsibilities will include:
- Effectively update client communications in our CRM system.
- Complete money movement requests.
- Generate investment analysis reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service in-person, via email and over the phone.

- Strong team player.
- Pleasant, professional, and friendly manner with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, accurate with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM database.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and prioritize.
- Strong personal and business ethics.
- Proactive approach to client service with appreciation for client needs.
- Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional designation, or obtainment within the first year of employment.
- FINRA Licensing preferred.
Candidates must be willing to work Monday through Friday, 7:30-4:00 in our Farmington office.
Pay is commensurate with experience.
