Our client, an award-winning, full service financial advisory firm is looking to hire a Client Service Associate (CSA). The CSA will serve as a critical administrative and support professional to the practice. The main responsibilities of the role are to deliver a first- class client experience, assist the practice owner/senior advisor in their priority/calendar management and to collaborate with other team members on the firm’s processes.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Insurance/Risk Management Client Onboarding Experience & Service
- Own the insurance client onboarding experience for the practice
- Complete insurance applications and schedule medical exams
- Manage cases through underwriting by coordinating between clients and home office
- Facilitate insurance service requests, premium reminders, etc.
- Calendar Management
- Manage practice owner’s calendar
- Confirm and reschedule client meetings
- Manage calendar invites and meeting details
- CRM Management
- Assist the practice (remove owner) with managing their CRM database
- Add new prospects and client files
- Run reports
- Maintain and update client lists
- Post notes and case files
- Other
- The CSA may assist on various administrative duties
- The CSA may have ad hoc projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of client service, operations or administrative experience (ideally in finance)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High detail orientation
- Obtain CA Life & Health License within 6 months of employment
*4 days in office, 1 day remote (first 90 days will be 5 days in office for onboarding/training)
*$65,000 to $85,000 salary range
