Private Wealth Service Advisor
Our client is a well-established firm with a growing team of 18 professionals, who each play a unique role in the success of the firm. Their focus is on building lifelong client relationships, grounded in trust, integrity, and exceptional service. They guide medical professionals, successful business owners, corporate executives, and other high net worth individuals in achieving financial security through risk management, investment strategies, estate planning, retirement income planning, and business planning.
The Private Wealth Service Advisor specializes in client service and administrative support for multiple advisors.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare and process all paperwork needed for investment/advisory accounts. Analyze client situations, input data, and gather information to assist in the preparation of accounts for new and existing clients.
- Analyze existing investments; coordinate with advisors and others to ensure investment proposals are in alignment with desired plan and outcome.
- Communicate with and assist clients through the process of asset consolidation. Process and monitor funding of advisory account and asset transfers to ensure selected asset allocation is implemented.
- Manage ACAT and rollover processes.
- Handle client “money movement” (ACH, wires, etc.)
- Ensure company compliance requirements are implemented and followed.
- Build relationships with clients, provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Assist with client meeting preparation.
- Correspond and assist clients with a variety of service questions or issues.
- Collaborate proactively as a team member to achieve goals and growth.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services and/or insurance industry required.
- Strong grammar and written skills as well as oral communication skills.
- Self-starter, ability to proactively identify what needs to be accomplished and take
- appropriate action.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills with
- the ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Has interest in learning on a continuous basis.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to always maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Series 7 & 63 (or equivalent)
- Life and Health licensed or gain licensing within 6 months of employment.
