Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Operations Manager to support and enhance the daily operations of our growing firm. This individual will play a key role in streamlining workflows, managing client onboarding, assisting with compliance tasks, and supporting our financial advisors in delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and improve day-to-day office operations and workflow management
Manage new client onboarding process and maintain accurate client records
Assist with compliance documentation and reporting
Coordinate with vendors, custodians, and technology platforms
Maintain CRM data (Redtail) and reporting tools (Orion) — training provided if not already familiar
Support marketing and client communication efforts
Monitor and enhance internal procedures to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance
Provide administrative support to advisors as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Currently in final year of completing or already hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to learn and master financial software (Redtail, Orion, Microsoft 365)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently
Demonstrated trustworthiness and ability to handle confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a financial services, banking, or wealth management environment (not required but a plus)
Familiarity with CRM systems or financial planning software
