PORTFOLIO MANAGER
*This position requires that you live in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area*

We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to help support our rapid growth as we become one of the largest RIAs in the Southeast. This non-client facing role will be an addition to the BIP Investment team, a team of unmatched talent with a well-established investment philosophy. The Portfolio Manager will spend significant time assessing and rebalancing client investment portfolios according to the firm’s asset allocation models. Many firms utilize automated rebalancing programs to replace Portfolio Managers – at BIP Wealth we believe that Portfolio Managers are the key to our ability to deliver greater value through customization and a sophisticated professional understanding of clients’ financial plans and their tax considerations. Creativity and analytical skills are required to address each client’s unique financial planning and tax goals. Additional responsibilities could include investment research, business development, or client service, depending on the skills and interests of the applicant.
Responsibilities Include
- Developing relationships with our Advisors to ensure a high level of trust and professional respect
- Performing a daily assessment and prioritization of trading needs for client portfolios
- Buying and selling securities in client accounts to align their portfolios with specific investment strategies
- Completing various administrative duties and compliance activities as needed
- Frequent communication and coordination with fellow investment teammates throughout the day to ensure optimal delivery of team deliverables

Requirements and Skills
- CFA Charter Holder or CFP Certificate is a plus
- A minimum of 1 years of work experience as a Portfolio Manager, including trading experience, is required
- Knowledge of public market investment strategies and risk management
- Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Live in Atlanta Metropolitan Area: Work from home with occasional days in the office
