Summary
The Senior Client Service Associate plays a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong client relationships, which are essential to the success and reputation of the firm. This role combines high-touch client service with operational expertise, supporting financial advisors and ensuring clients receive exceptional, personalized attention throughout their financial journey. The Senior Client Service Associate also manages key operational and compliance functions vital to the firm’s ongoing success. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH FINANCIAL ADVISORS AND/OR A FINANCIAL BROKER-DEALER.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, building trust and rapport through proactive communication and attentive service.
- Account Administration: Manage all aspects of client account administration, including opening new accounts, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely execution of requests.
- Transaction Processing: Journal and transfer money for clients, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- RMD Management: Manage annual Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) for clients, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations and timely communication with clients.
- Payroll & Expenses: Manage payroll processing and oversee monthly expense tracking to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- 401(k) Administration: Oversee 401(k) contributions, ensure timely and accurate processing, and manage annual 5500 filings in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Licensing & Registration: Ensure all financial advisors’ licenses and registrations are current, coordinating renewals and tracking continuing education requirements.
- Client Needs & Solutions: Anticipate client needs and deliver tailored solutions, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to a client-centric approach.
- Advisor Support: Support financial advisors by preparing customized reports, facilitating client meetings, and handling complex account matters.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior associates, instilling best practices in relationship management and service excellence.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently, always prioritizing client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, streamline processes, and strengthen the firm’s value proposition.
- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client records to support seamless service and relationship continuity.

- Experience with payroll, expense management, retirement plan administration, and account opening processes preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Relevant certifications (Series 63 or 65) are a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
