What you will do!
You will provide proactive administrative and client service support to Trust Officers and their wealth management accounts by handling the day-to-day management and account administration. Your day will consist of responding to client inquiries, transaction processing, establishing and maintaining accounts, overseeing activities, account opening and closing, file maintenance, reporting, and handling routine correspondence.
You will work with Portfolio Managers on cash needs, plans for distributions, and investment objectives during the period of administration.
You will adhere to Bank policies, procedures, and best practices, along with all State and Federal rules and regulations.
How you will do it!
- Administer the set-up, implementation, and administration of client accounts.
- Coordinate account administration including record keeping and overseeing transaction processing.
- Prepare documentation necessary to open and close accounts.
- Assemble client profiles and investment policy statements.
- Handle client requests and resolve outstanding issues.
- Read and interpret basic trust agreements and documents.
- Gather new business assets and work with operations group to transfer and book assets.
- Process recurring and non-recurring disbursements and deposits with proper coding.
- Compile guardianship accountings pursuant to county standards.
- Communicate with clients, prospective clients, attorneys, accountants, third parties, and centers of influence.
- Greet visiting clients and professionals.
- Assist in the organization of departmental events.
- Other duties, projects, and training as assigned.
Qualifications you will need!
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and / or experience.
- Educational or employment background in trust, law, banking, finance, or related field.
- Solid background in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Compensation and Benefits
The expected pay range for this position is $65,000- $75,000 with the ability to earn a bonus. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon factors including but not limited to the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
