Boutique retirement planning practice in Elm Grove is searching for an exceptional, experienced, financial services administrative professional to join our client service team. This role requires the ability to work independently on multiple tasks and thrive in a small office environment where tasks may differ from day-to-day and season-to-season. As a key person on our team, this individual must be reliable, versatile, and committed to achieving our company’s goals along with the unique goals of our clients.
Responsibilities will include…
· Work with an established operations team, assisting the Operations Manager to execute daily administrative and operational actions needed to care for our clients
· Utilize existing written operational systems, processes, and methods to ensure consistent and effective operations by all team members.
· Support our clients on a daily basis by performing any and all operational and administrative functions as needed to fulfill our client service goals. This includes an array of duties such as new client onboarding, transaction processing, CRM updates, client follow-up, scheduling, backup reception, and more.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of client-facing administrative support experience, preferably in the financial industry
· Working knowledge of financial planning, investment, tax, and insurance concepts
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite along with experience using financial industry technology platforms
· Ability to thrive and excel in a small company environment where you’ll make a difference every day and much is expected from all team members
· An attention to detail and accuracy, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
