Babb Financial Group, a fast-paced, client-focused Financial Firm, is seeking a Senior Client Service Manager who leads with clarity, takes ownership, and ensures no ball ever gets dropped. You’ll oversee and align cross-functional teams, streamline client service operations, and keep our firm operating like a high-performance machine — with precision and purpose.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and measurable results — and can engage a team without micromanaging. You naturally bring a strategic presence, balancing execution with leadership.
What You’ll Take Ownership Of
Operational Leadership
- Directly manage the day-to-day flow of our client service and advisory processes
- Ensure meetings, systems, and people are prepped and aligned — every time
- Use data, process, and oversight to eliminate errors and elevate performance
Team Execution
- Lead weekly team meetings and one-on-ones to maintain alignment and resolve friction fast
- Coach, support, and hold your team accountable without babysitting
- Drive adoption and proper use of tools like Wealthbox and internal workflows
Human Capital Management
- Own hiring, onboarding, and performance systems for the client service team
- Reinforce our culture of excellence, ownership, and clear communication
- Work with leadership to ensure every seat is filled with the right person
Compliance & Investment Ops
- Oversee billing audits, and regulatory processes with precision
- Ensure every piece of marketing or client-facing material clears compliance smoothly
- Work collaboratively with compliance consultants to execute regulatory processes, ensure timely audit readiness, and maintain alignment with SEC and firm-level standards across all operations
- Support tech and custodial partners to improve efficiency and accuracy
You’re the Right Fit If You:
- Think in systems and execute with speed
- Lead teams without losing sight of the details
- Want a role where accountability is expected, not avoided
- Have 5+ years in client service or operations at an RIA or advisory firm
- Hold (or are working toward) FPQP®, or similar designation
- Can build trust quickly and solve problems before they happen
- Familiarity with SEC/FINRA regulations and can oversee compliance
- Experience with Schwab
- High confidentiality standards (especially with client financial data)
