You're the Right Fit If:
- You hold an active Life Insurance License and Series 65
- You have hands-on experience with fixed indexed annuities and managed money solutions
- You know how to build genuine trust and close business ethically
- You're passionate about retirement planning and helping people achieve financial independence

The Reality: We can't guarantee exact compensation without meeting you—that wouldn't be honest. However, we can promise that our compensation structure is highly competitive and flexible, designed around the right person's experience and needs. Total compensation typically ranges from $85K-$150K+ in the first year, with significant upside potential as you build your client base.
