What You’ll Do:
- Meet with a steady flow of prospects (no cold calling!) generated through TV, radio, YouTube, workshops, referral programs, and more.
- Present compelling investment and retirement solutions to prospects.
- Educate clients about investing, taxes, retirement income strategies, wealth transfer, and estate planning concepts.
- Overcome objections skillfully and guide prospects to decisive action.
- Develop customized financial plans — including investment management, tax strategies, retirement income planning, legacy planning, and risk management.
- Act as a fiduciary at all times, always putting the client’s interests first.
- Nurture strong client relationships with regular communication, education, and proactive service.
- Continuously grow your personal book through internal leads, marketing events, centers of influence, and strategic partnerships.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven ability to win business — you are a closer who can educate, present, and persuade.
- Expert communication skills — you simplify complex concepts for clients at all knowledge levels.
- Commitment to the fiduciary standard — doing the right thing is non-negotiable here.
- Desire to build and deepen client relationships — service doesn't stop after the sale.
- Experience delivering comprehensive financial plans — investment, retirement income, tax, estate, and risk management planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced designations (CFP®, CFA®, ChFC®, CPA) are a plus.
- Licenses: Series 65 required (or willingness to obtain quickly); insurance license a plus.
