About the job:
Step into an instrumental role with our Private Wealth Advisory practice by helping lead and conduct the smooth operation of the financial planning process in a fast-paced and friendly office. You will be interacting directly with advisors and clients to construct a thoughtful and detailed comprehensive plan. The position requires you to be organized, poised, familiar with personal financial planning concepts and able to embrace the unique approaches and style of each advisor and the clients they support.
Position Functions:
- Responsible for beginning to end plan process from data entry to delivery plans.
- Assist in development of best practices for the team regarding:
Preparation of appointments
Delivery of analysis
Clear, implementable, innovative recommendations
- Prepare preliminary financial planning recommendations and initial product solutions for advisor review and use in client meetings.
- Assist in building assumptions, retirement income, and age objectives
- Ensure all documents and key information is obtained
- Gather and enter client data into Navi Plan planning software
- Perform case analysis and develop recommendations
- Incorporate advice recommendations and construct plan near completion
- Create planning deliverables
- Electronically deliver the documents
- Identify clients to engage or re-engage in planning relationships
- Track ongoing engagements, forms, fees collected, plan delivery
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience creating comprehensive personal financial plan.
- Strong understanding of personal financial planning concepts.
- Strong preference for CFP or CFP candidate.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Skilled in industry technology and software applications, experience with Navi Plan a plus.
- Knowledge of Office 365 and all its applications.
- A positive attitude and a desire to achieve.
- Dedication to serving clients.
- Clean regulatory history.
Compensation:
- Base salary $70,000-$80,000 DOE
Variable/ Performance Compensation:
- On-target earnings up to $85,000 per year.
