About Rothschild
Established in 1908, Rothschild Wealth Partners has grown from a regional brokerage firm into an employee-owned, full-spectrum boutique firm with over $6 billion in assets under management. Across our 110+ year history, our core mission has remained the same: to empower individuals to make sense of their money, guide them to grow their wealth, and strategically provide robust protection measures.
Role: Design Analyst
Reports to: Two Senior Wealth Advisors
Level: Senior Analyst
Location: Oak Brook, Illinois
Hours: Full-Time
Salary Range: $95,000-110,000
Overview of the Role:
Rothschild Wealth Partners is hiring a Senior Financial Design Analyst to enhance the firm’s financial planning and client service teams. This role plays a vital part in delivering tailored, high-level financial solutions with the precision
and care our clients expect.
The analyst will be responsible for coordinating the execution of complex work within an advanced wealth management environment. The role involves direct engagement with high-net-worth clients and close collaboration with two of the firm’s most experienced wealth advisors. The senior analyst will contribute to sophisticated planning efforts and help ensure the smooth completion of deliverables alongside the firm’s high-performing internal team.
This is a leadership position within a fast-paced, high-expectation firm undergoing significant growth. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and has demonstrated success in managing teams with a focus on quality, accountability, and consistency. The ability to operate independently and solve problems in a dynamic environment is essential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the client design team to lead and enhance the “Rothschild Way” client experience, including onboarding, meeting preparation, post-meeting deliverables, and special client requests.
- Serve as a leader within the client design team by setting direction, establishing quality standards, and providing regular feedback to support professional development.
- Act as the primary resource for Rothschild team members seeking guidance on comprehensive wealth planning matters, including estate and wealth transfer planning, investment portfolio structure, money movement and titling, and various trust structures.
- Lead weekly team meetings to delegate new work and report on ongoing tasks. This function is essential, as senior wealth advisors are often in client meetings throughout the day. The design team requires a senior-level colleague for guidance, collaboration, and task completion—often independently. The ideal candidate will bring the technical expertise needed to partner closely with senior advisors on complex client matters.
- Review and refine marketing materials and client communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and visual appeal.
- Oversee key annual planning initiatives, including required minimum distribution (RMD) compliance, gifting, and tax loss harvesting.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Financial Planning, or a related field. CFP designation is required. A J.D., MBA, or CPA is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 4–7 years of experience in the financial planning field.
- Relevant licenses, such as Series 7, 63, and 65/66, with a clean regulatory history. Additional designations such as CLU or ChFC are valued but not required.
- Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients across a wide range of financial topics.
- Advanced knowledge in financial planning, including investment management, tax strategies, estate planning, and insurance solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use the software quickly and effectively in a meeting preparation environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a high-accountability environment while promoting a culture of excellence and integrity.
