Role Overview
The Client Service Associate is a key support role responsible for ensuring a smooth, professional client experience. You’ll help prepare for advisory meetings, respond to client inquiries, and process service tickets — all while using platforms like Salentica (Salesforce), Wealthscape, and DocuSign to keep client data accurate, organized, and secure.
This is an entry level role. The Client Service Associate is expected to obtain their Series 7 and Series 66 licenses within 180 days of hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting Prep: Assemble and review client reports for scheduled meetings, confirm meetings, in addition to assisting with scheduling meetings.
- Client Support: Answer incoming client calls, route questions, and ensure timely follow-ups. Aiming to point clients/prospects in the right direction!
- Service Tickets: Initiate and monitor service requests (address changes, fund transfers, establishing new accounts, etc.) using Salentica.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with advisors and custodians to resolve client requests efficiently.
