Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Retirement Plan Specialist (RPS) position combines both advisory and client service roles in support of a lead retirement plan adviser and their team.
- Advisory roles include executing on new business development initiatives, client relationship management, retirement plan consulting, financial planning, supporting client plan review and education meetings, meeting preparation and meeting follow-up.
- Client Service roles include onboarding new clients, facilitating participant rollovers, completing tasks for existing clients, working within the client service team and supporting the lead adviser on day-to-day service requests.
- Ensuring that the client experience is upheld
- Assist in client and other firm related marketing and events
Experience and Education Requirements:
- College Bachelor’s degree
- S65 or S66 license preferred
- 3+ years of experience in the retirement plan industry
- Proficient experience in Microsoft Office Products

Compensation Package
- Base salary plus incentive compensation 65-75k
