Responsibilities:
Leading Key Client Relationships: You will manage and nurture relationships with some of the firm’s most significant and complex clients, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic partner.
Developing Sophisticated Financial Plans: You'll create and implement intricate financial plans tailored to high-net-worth individuals, families, or institutions, often involving advanced estate planning, tax optimization, and philanthropic strategies.
Identifying and Cultivating New High-Value Clients: Actively participating in business development efforts to attract and secure new clients who align with the firm's growth objectives.
Mentoring and Guiding Junior Advisors: You will provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to less experienced advisors, sharing your expertise and helping them develop their skills and client relationships.
Contributing to Team Strategy and Goals: Participating in team meetings and contributing to developing strategies for client service, business growth, and overall team success.
Fostering a Collaborative Environment: You'll champion a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and mutual support.
Building External Relationships: Networking with other professionals (e.g., attorneys, accountants) to build referral sources and expand the firm's reach
Representing the Firm: Attending industry events and community engagements to enhance the firm's reputation and visibility.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry. This experience should involve working directly with clients on their financial needs.
- Series 65, or an equivalent combination of Series 7 and 66
- CFP designation
- Experience with CRM (Redtail), financial planning software (Right Capital), and Fidelity Wealthscape, as well as Schwab Advisor Center, is a plus.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the range of $105,000 -135,000 annually, covering day-to-day expectations and tenure
- Business Development Incentive: 40% of new revenue (in the first year billed), paid semi-annually in July and January
- Team-Based Incentive: Participation in the growth pool funded by 30% of the firm's revenue growth from all sources, paid out in June and December, with individual contributions determining allocation

- Retirement Plan: 401K participation with a profit-sharing plan, including a 6% company match
