The Investment Operations Associate will support the investment management-related administrative tasks involved in managing the firm’s Private Client Group investment accounts. This individual spends almost all their time in back-office activities to support our advisors and clients.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities listed below are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and additional duties may be assigned.
- Produce and oversee the production of client portal and performance reports
- Manage and execute the Private Client billing process, ensuring the accuracy of billing
- Reconcile, enter, download, and update data in rebalancing, account aggregation, and portfolio management software systems
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Tamarac.
- Serve as a back-up trader for client accounts as directed
- Participate in the firm’s Investment Committee

Industry/Business Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience financial services, client service, portfolio/administrative operations, and/or related investment operations role within the financial services industry.
Education
College degree in Finance, Investments, or Business, or comparable experience.

Requirements/Additional Information
- Starting base salary range: $55,000-$70,000, with the opportunity to earn a discretionary annual bonus up to 10% of earnings.
- Within 2-3 years, the Investment Operations Associate will be encouraged to obtain an advanced investment designation
- This individual will report to the Director of Investments
- The first 90 days will include an extensive onboarding/training program.
- After the first 90 days and with the manager’s approval, the candidate may be eligible to work from home for a specified number of days per month.
