Role Overview:
As an Associate Advisor, you will play a vital support role to our Lead Advisors, ensuring seamless client experiences and contributing to client retention. You’ll bring your expertise in financial services to help clients navigate their financial journeys, while also developing your own skills for future leadership opportunities within our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Lead Advisors to manage client relationships, ensuring high retention rates.
- Prepare for and lead ongoing client review meetings, offering insights and recommendations.
- Maintain and organize client data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to the development of client proposals, presentations, and our resource library.
- Participate in client acquisition activities and support the conversion of prospects to clients.
- Engage in regular team meetings and contribute to annual business planning sessions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Expertise: Minimum of 5-7 years in financial services, with experience in advice and relationship management.
- Credentials: Series 7, 63, 66, and Life and Health Insurance licenses required.
- Skills: Strong relationship management, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
- Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to client success. You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in both independent and team settings.
Education & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in financial services.
- Demonstrated experience in leading client meetings and managing client relationships

Pay: $58,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
