Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Advisory Support:
- Act as a trusted resource to both clients and senior advisors by preparing for and participating in client meetings, capturing key insights, and ensuring timely follow-up
- Contribute to the development of personalized financial plans and investment strategies that align with individual client goals
- Help maintain ongoing client relationships by monitoring portfolios and providing consistent, high-touch service
Retirement Plan Education:
- Support educational initiatives for retirement plan participants, helping them understand their options and build confidence in their financial future
- Present complex financial concepts in a relatable, easy-to-digest manner—whether in small groups or one-on-one settings

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience: 2+ years in financial services, wealth management, or related field
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools - Salesforce Preferred
