Who We Want
Join a highly respected and fast-growing firm as a Wealth Advisor, serving as a strategic and trusted partner to a sophisticated client base in our Franklin Lakes office. This is a high-impact role for an experienced advisor who thrives on delivering comprehensive and personalized wealth strategies to high-net-worth clients.
You'll work with the team to support an existing book of business with high-net-worth households averaging $3M+ in AUM. Beyond managing relationships, you’ll play a key leadership role in delivering deep financial planning and collaborating across a high-performing team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
What To Expect
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve on a team of lead advisors for sophisticated HNW clients, delivering proactive, high-touch service that reflects our firm's commitment to excellence
- Support ongoing, consultative relationships with clients, offering tailored planning strategies in tax optimization, estate planning, retirement income, and risk management
- Act as subject matter expert in advanced planning strategies, including charitable giving, business succession, and tax-efficient withdrawal strategies
- Business Development & Growth
- Identify opportunities for clients to benefit from the firm's broader wealth enhancement and planning solutions
- Support the Business Development team in prospect conversations
- Represent the firm at client appreciation events and community engagements
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with internal planning, investment, and client service teams to ensure seamless client experience
- Partner with Franklin Lakes office stakeholders to identify process improvement and client experience opportunities
- Help shape the office's growth trajectory by mentoring junior talent, contributing to strategy, and participating in key planning discussions
What You Need
- 10–15 years of experience as a financial advisor in the RIA or private wealth space
- Bachelor's degree required
- CFP® designation required
- Life and Health Insurance license required
- Active Series 65 or 66
- Proven success advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families
- Depth in complex financial planning, especially tax planning and retirement income distribution
- Proficiency in planning tools such as eMoney or MoneyGuidePro
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complexity and build lasting trust
- Proactively anticipate needs, solve issues before escalation, and maintain optimized internal processes to ensure high service delivery standards
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in customer experience and operations with high attention to detail and ownership-driven approach
Preferred Education And Experience
- CPA, CPWA®, or Master’s in Taxation highly preferred
- Series 7 preferred
- Clean U4
- Based in or willing to commute regularly to Franklin Lakes, NJ

The Total Rewards Expected For This Role Include
- The base pay for this position across all US geographic markets ranges from $60,000.00/year to $125,000.00/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
