About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Client Relations Administrator (CRA) to join our growing wealth management team. This role is central to delivering an exceptional client experience, supporting our Financial Advisors, and ensuring smooth operational processes. The CRA serves as a key point of contact for client service needs, facilitates new client onboarding, and helps maintain the high standards our clients have come to expect.
Compensation for Client Relations Administrator:
- $50,000–$60,000 plus bonus: Depending on Experience; targeting skilled professionals

Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries related to account maintenance, distributions, cash management, and investment reporting.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, custodians, vendors, and other professional partners.
- Deliver high-level client service and support business development efforts
- Proactively reach out to clients to provide account updates, confirm information, respond promptly to client inquiries—always by the end of the business day ensuring a positive experience.
- Partner closely with Advisors, Planners, and internal teams (operations, billing, compliance, investments) to ensure client requests are completed within service-level expectations.
- Research and resolve client issues using internal resources; escalate to management when appropriate.
- Participate in weekly advisor and team meetings to track tasks, and client communications.
- Serve as a backup for our First Impressions Manager (reception/front desk)
- Support advisors in meeting preparation and follow-up tasks
Onboarding & Account Administration
Coordinate new client onboarding, including:
- Gathering required documentation for compliance and custodial accounts.
- Setting up client portals and walking clients through access.
- Scheduling welcome calls and initial meetings.
- Coordinate client review meetings and follow-up appointments
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation/client records in the CRM system after every client interaction.
Compliance & Confidentiality
- Follow all company policies and regulatory requirements to ensure confidentiality and security of client information.
- Maintain records in accordance with compliance guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or a client service role with transferable skills.
- Excellent client service and communication skills (both verbal and written) with a professional, client-first demeanor.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and willingness to learn industry-specific tools (e.g., eMoney, Tamarac, custodian websites).
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
