Why This Role Exists
Our founder and CEO is shifting focus toward business growth, marketing, and serving top-tier clients. To do that, she needs a trusted expert to:
· Lead technical execution (financial planning, investment strategy, and tax work)
· Own key client relationships
· Bridge the gap between her and the rest of the team—ensuring things run smoothly without constant oversight
What You’ll Own
· Delivering high-quality technical work in financial planning, investment strategy, tax planning and preparation—freeing up the CEOs time
· Lead and manage relationships for approximately 50% of the firm’s client base, focusing on those outside the top-tier book
· Act as the go-to internal lead for the Client Service Coordinator and Operations Manager—answering questions, managing workflows, and resolving client issues before they ever reach the CEO
What You Bring
· CFP® and CPA strongly preferred (or deep equivalent experience)
· 5–10+ years in wealth management or tax-focused advisory firms
· Proven track record of managing clients independently with high satisfaction
· Excellent written and verbal communicator, clear thinker, follow-through finisher
· Team-oriented, values-aligned, and eager to contribute to something bigger than yourself
What Success Looks Like in Year 1
· You’ve taken ownership of about 50% of the client base and built strong relationships
· The CEO is focused 80–90% on growth, marketing, and ideal client work
· Internal team members look to you for answers and leadership—not the founder
· Clients are saying, “I feel seen, supported, and taken care of”

Role Details
Title: Senior Wealth Advisor & Client Experience Manager
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid; in-office 1–3 days per week for client meetings)
Start Date: Flexible for the right candidate
