At Waldron Partners, we’re looking for a Wealth Management Associate who will serve as the operational backbone of our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys paperwork, values precision, and takes pride in keeping systems running smoothly so our advisors can focus on clients.
Your Role: The Engine Behind the Details
As a Wealth Management Associate, you’ll handle the essential day-to-day operations that keep our wealth management practice moving. From preparing and processing paperwork for insurance and investment accounts, to maintaining compliance records, to ensuring our CRM and custodial systems are accurate and up to date, your meticulous work will directly support our clients’ financial journeys.
This is a detail-oriented, execution-driven position where your organizational skills and consistency will shine. While there’s room to grow, the heart of this role is making sure every administrative and operational task is completed flawlessly.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
- Prepare, review, and process financial paperwork (insurance, investments, transfers, compliance).
- Maintain accurate and organized client files in CRM and custodial platforms.
- Track outstanding items and follow up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Assist with scheduling, meeting prep, and reporting.
- Support advisors by ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Keep internal systems (eMoney, Envestnet, Albridge, etc.) current and running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in financial services, operations, or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a love for detail.
- Experience with CRM systems and financial planning tools (eMoney, Envestnet, Albridge a plus).
- A proactive mindset — you anticipate needs, follow processes, and solve problems before they escalate.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
If you’re someone who genuinely enjoys paperwork, accuracy, and building order out of complexity, this role will be a great fit.
