Key Responsibilities:
- Support deal execution across M&A and capital markets transactions, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
- Prepare client presentation materials such as pitch books, management presentations, and board materials.
- Conduct in-depth financial, industry, and company-specific research to support strategic recommendations.
- Work closely with senior bankers and clients to drive high-profile deals from initial pitch through closing.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and internal analyses for new business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field with a strong academic track record.
- 1–4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Capital IQ, FactSet, Bloomberg).
